Each apartment has one bedroom with twin single- or a double-bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed, and a TV. The kitchen has a dining table and four chairs and is fully equipped with cooking utensils, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee machine, a toaster etc. Toilet bathroom with a shower. Washing facilities and washing service provided. Beds are made up with bed linen and towels for every guest. Wireless internet connection is free of charge. Access to Barbecue in the garden.
The apartment - house was for many years the home of a craftsman family. Over the years the house was enlarged to accommodate the growing family. Today it is divided into three independent flats, each of which fits comfortably for 2-4 persons

Two Bedroom House
A little private house for rent, offering all the benefits of a real home. In the Little House you will experience the atmosphere of the past combined with modern comfort. Every detail is taken care of, tasteful furnishings and quality beds to ensure complete relaxation.
From the entrance hall on the main floor you enter the dining and sitting area with a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, TV, a dining table and six chairs. From the dining area a stair leads to a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed and a single bed or when requested three single beds. In the entrance hall,is a comfortable toilet bathroom with a shower. From the entrance hall a stair leads to the basement sleeping area with the same bed arrangement as the sleeping loft.
A extra toilet bathroom without a shower is in the basement as well as a washing machine and a drying rack.
This is the smallest house in the street Grettisgata that is the street right next to Laugavegur the main shopping street in Reykjavik. For many years this house was the home of the craftsman family that built the house and where they brought up their 10 children. Today the house fits comfortably for 4-6 persons and is a perfect place to stay on the family holiday.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster etc. The sitting and dining room can easily sit 8 persons, in the charm of an old style setting.
